Healthy Back is a class specifically designed to counteract the negative effects of sedentary work, strengthen the deep core stabilization system, and support proper breathing and posture.
This class is ideal whether you’re experiencing back pain, have poor posture, or simply can’t sit at a computer all day without discomfort and need a compensatory workout.
The exercise routines, guided by our physiotherapist, help correct spinal misalignments, strengthen abdominal muscles, and restore a healthy balance between tight and weakened back muscles.
Everyone is welcome.

You’ll experience the greatest benefit from yoga if you attend classes regularly.

If a client registers for a group class but does not attend, a penalty equal to the price of the group session will be charged.

To simplify payments and speed up client service after therapy sessions, we have introduced a credit-based payment system for services provided.
Clients can top up any amount under their name at any time, based on their needs or recommendations from the FYZIO KLINIK team. 1 credit = €1.
Completed therapies and examinations will then be deducted from the credited amount.
If the credit is insufficient, the remaining balance can be paid using standard methods (card or cash).
The bonus system is valid from January 1, 2024.
Discounts are permanent and linked to the client’s account.
Credits are non-refundable in cash.
Credits and bonuses are valid for 2 years from the client’s last visit to the clinic.
Credits can only be used for services, not for products.
Prices for business clients (PO) are listed excluding VAT.
